A gift...

Probably the most dizzying high you can experience as a writer and illustrator is getting a good review from people you really respect and admire. I've been avidly following Picture Books Blogger over the past few years and have been entranced by their great reviews and the gorgeous books they shine a light on. So imagine my surprise and delight this morning to be given a beautiful review for 'Midnight at the Zoo'! Good reviews feel like Christmas morning to me, and if you'd like to see it, it can be read here. Squee!
